Custom Care Package offers USPS and FedEx shipping methods. Packages are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week according to the following delivery schedule:
- Packages with baked goods - Shipped the next delivery day (M, W or F) if received prior to 5:30PM MST the day preceding
- Packages without baked goods - Shipped the same day (M, W or F) if received prior to 10:00AM MST, otherwise shipped the next delivery day
- If we are unable to meet these delivery service levels, you will be notified
Our FedEx rates are discounted over published rates. In most
cases, packages can be sent domestically FedEx Ground for around $7.50. Our USPS rates are the same rates
you would pay at the post office. Shipping costs are calculated
real-time during the checkout process based on weight and destination.
APO and FPO addresses are allowed using USPS shipping methods only.
Per FedEx policy, packages must be signed for and cannot be left on the doorstep without signed approval from the recipient.
You will be able to select from one of the

- Fedex Standard Overnight
- Fedex Priority Overnight
- Fedex International Economy*
- Fedex International Priority*
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express Mail

- Provo, Orem Local Delivery ($4.99 flat rate)
The ship methods available to you will depend on where your package is being sent. PO Boxes and APO addresses should be shipped USPS only.
Shipping Disclaimer
- When shipping domestically, we cannot guarantee freshness of baked goods if you select FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS priority mail for your ship method
- Due to potential customs delays and regulations, we cannot ship sweet rolls or bread internationally, nor can we guarantee freshness of other baked items including cookies
- Per FedEx policy, it is the at the discretion of the driver to determine whether or not it is safe to leave a package on the doorstep, with a neighbor, or in a management office
- FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package
- Custom Care Package cannot guarantee delivery of International packages sent via USPS Priority International or APO/FPO packages sent via USPS Priority Mail. If the package is lost in transit, we cannot provide a refund as this is completely outside of our control.
- APO and FPO packages generally take 10-15 days for delivery and can only be shipped priority mail
- Ground shipping to destinations east of the Mississippi will generally take 5 business days to arrive
Return Policy
You may return the package within 15 days for a refund. Shipping and perishable
products cannot be refunded. If an incorrect address is provided or the
recipient is unavailable to sign for a package, we will refund the
non-perishable products only once the package is returned to us. Perishable
products include cookies, sweet rolls, bread, and brownies. Alternatively, you may request to have the package re-shipped to another address and you will only be charged for the additional shipping to do so.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel orders prior to shipment.
Delivery Date Disclaimer
You may request a specific delivery date when you place your order. A best attempt will be made for the package to be delivered on that day. However, if any of the following conditions apply, the package may NOT be delivered on that day:
- Package shipped to international destination
- Package shipped via Fedex Ground, or Fedex Home Delivery
- Order not placed with sufficient window of time for package to be delivered by the requested date by the ship method specified. Holidays and weekends are not included in the time window. For example, a package shipped 2nd Day Air on a Friday, will arrive on the following Tuesday.
- Recipient is unavailable to sign for the package
- Recipient address is incorrect
- Natural disaster, or any other circumstance beyond our control
* Customs regulations apply and may restrict shipment of some items to international destinations
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. During the checkout process you will provide shipping, billing and credit card information for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You will also be given the option to opt-in to our bi-monthly email newsletter. Following order placement, you will receive 2 email notifications for your order. The first is your order receipt, and the second your delivery confirmation. Unless you have opted-in to our bi-monthly email newsletter (or additional order information is needed), we will not use your email address again. Additionally, we will never store your credit card # permanently in our systems. It is discarded once your order has been placed. We will not sale, distribute or use any contact information you provide for any other purpose other than fulfilling your order.
